What We Offer

Three ways we can help

Each session is kept to its proper scope — we organise, label, and explain. For matters that call for a solicitor, accountant, or land-office official, we point you clearly in that direction.

Organised family documents and folders

Records Tidy-Up Session

A respectful session to organise a family's own documents into a clear, labelled archive — simple to maintain and easy for anyone in the family to follow. Filing and structure only; no valuation, no advice on entitlements, no representation. The family keeps full control.

  • Clear folder structure and labelling system
  • Guidance on which documents to locate and keep together
  • Summary sheet of what was gathered
฿3,500 Enquire
Plain-language information session for family succession

Estate Organisation Education

A plain-language session explaining how succession and estate-organisation concepts generally work, the common documents involved, and which official bodies and licensed professionals to approach for steps that require them. Educational only — no individual estate is assessed or valued.

  • Overview of common succession documents
  • Signposting to the correct official channels
  • Q&A time at the end of the session
฿4,800 Enquire
Family archive binder and document inventory

Inventory, Archive & Wishes Programme

A multi-session programme helping families compile records, build a clear inventory, and write down personal wishes for safekeeping — with a tidy index and signposting to the correct official and licensed professionals. We organise and record; we do not advise on values or entitlements.

  • Comprehensive records compilation across sessions
  • Indexed personal wishes document for safekeeping
  • Referrals to solicitors, accountants, and land office as needed

Why keepsaketasd

What families find helpful

We work gently, at your pace, with full respect for privacy and the weight of what you may be going through.

Handled with care

Every session is conducted with sensitivity. We understand that paperwork often arrives alongside grief, and we follow your pace throughout.

Clear scope, honest limits

We are organisers and educators, not advisers. We tell you exactly what we do — and when you need a solicitor or government official, we say so plainly.

Your documents stay with you

We do not hold, copy, or store original documents. Everything remains in your possession throughout the process. You stay in full control.

Plain language, no jargon

Legal and administrative language can be confusing. We explain common concepts in straightforward terms so you understand exactly where things stand.

Proper signposting

After each session, we give you a clear reference to the right professionals and official offices for steps that go beyond organisation and education.

Family-centred approach

Sessions can include one person or several family members together. We adapt to your family's situation and make sure everyone understands the next steps.

Ready when you are

There is no wrong time to start getting things in order

Whether you are in the middle of a difficult situation or simply want to prepare thoughtfully for the future, a short conversation with us costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Questions

Things people often ask

What exactly does keepsaketasd do?
We help families organise their personal documents into clear, labelled archives, and we run plain-language education sessions about how succession and estate processes generally work in Thailand. We are not solicitors or accountants, and we do not give advice on values, entitlements, or individual estates. When those steps are needed, we point you clearly to the right licensed professionals and official offices.
Is this a legal service?
No. keepsaketasd is a records organisation and educational service only. We do not practise law, provide legal advice, represent anyone in legal or administrative proceedings, or make assessments of asset values or entitlements. For matters that require a solicitor, notary, accountant, or land office, we will tell you so and help you understand which type of professional to approach.
Will my documents be kept safe during a session?
Your original documents never leave your possession. We work alongside you — we do not hold, photocopy, scan, or store originals. Everything remains with you at all times. Our role is to help you arrange and label what you already have, not to take custody of anything.
How long does a Records Tidy-Up Session take?
Most Records Tidy-Up Sessions run for two to three hours, depending on how many documents the family has gathered. The Education Session is typically around two hours with time for questions at the end. The Inventory, Archive & Wishes Programme is spread across several shorter sessions arranged at a pace that suits you.
Can sessions be held at our home?
Sessions are available at our Khon Kaen office or, in some cases, at your home within the Muang district. Please mention your preference when you get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What documents should I bring to the first session?
Bring whatever you currently have — there is no set list. Common documents families bring include property title cards (chanot), ID cards, passbooks, insurance policies, and any paperwork related to vehicles or registered businesses. We will help you identify what is present, what may be missing, and where to go for official copies.
What are the fees and how do I pay?
The Records Tidy-Up Session is ฿3,500, the Estate Organisation Education session is ฿4,800, and the Inventory, Archive & Wishes Programme is ฿29,500. Payment is accepted in Thai Baht by bank transfer or cash. Full details are shared when you book.
