About keepsaketasd
Founded to bring calm to a complicated moment
We exist to make the organisational side of inheritance and succession a little less daunting — through careful filing, plain explanation, and honest direction.

How keepsaketasd came to be
keepsaketasd was started in Khon Kaen after its founders noticed a gap that many families in northeastern Thailand quietly struggled with: the paperwork that accumulates around a family's life together — property cards, passbooks, insurance policies, vehicle documents — was rarely organised, and when a family member passed away or fell ill, nobody quite knew where anything was or what to do with it.
Solicitors, accountants, and land-office officials do essential and important work. But before those professionals can help, a family often needs simply to gather what they have, understand what it is, and know which questions to ask. That is the gap keepsaketasd fills.
We are not advisers on values or entitlements. We are organisers and educators — and we believe that doing that part well, with care and without rush, makes everything that follows a little easier for the people who come to us.
Our Mission
What guides everything we do
Kindness first
People often arrive carrying grief or anxiety alongside their folders. Every session starts from that reality and moves at a pace the family is comfortable with.
Honest about our limits
We say plainly what we do and do not do. If something falls outside our scope, we tell you and point you to someone who can properly help.
You stay in control
Your documents remain with you throughout. We never take possession of, copy, or store originals. Our role is to help you understand and arrange what is already yours.
The Team

Our Standards
How we work
These principles are not aspirational — they are the way every session actually runs.
Strict confidentiality
Nothing discussed in a session is shared with any third party. Session notes, if kept, are stored securely and belong to the client.
Scope clearly defined
Before each session starts, we confirm exactly what the session covers and what it does not. No surprises about what you will and will not receive.
Proper referrals only
When we direct you to a solicitor, accountant, notary, or land office, we explain why that step requires a licensed professional and what to expect from them.
Documents stay with you
We never request originals for overnight or off-site holding. Every original remains in the client's possession from start to finish.
Plain communication
Administrative language can obscure rather than clarify. We translate concepts into plain terms and check that everyone in the room has understood before moving on.
At your pace
Sessions do not run to a rigid schedule. If you need more time on one area, we take it. Rushing people through a sensitive process is not something we do.
About Our Work
Family document organisation in Khon Kaen
Families throughout Khon Kaen and the wider Isan region hold a wide variety of personal documents — chanot title cards, household registration books, bank passbooks, insurance policies, vehicle registration papers, and records of registered businesses. These documents matter enormously when the time comes to sort out a family's affairs, yet they are rarely stored in one place or labelled in a way that makes sense to everyone who might eventually need to find them.
keepsaketasd works with families to create a clear, labelled archive using the documents they already have. We do not value assets, advise on distribution, or act as representatives in any legal or administrative proceedings. Those steps require licensed solicitors, registered accountants, and the correct government offices — and we are clear about directing families to them at the right moment.
Our education sessions give families a general understanding of how succession processes in Thailand typically work: what documents are commonly involved, which offices handle different aspects of estate administration, and what families usually need to prepare before consulting a professional. This kind of background knowledge helps people ask better questions when they do sit down with a solicitor or an officer at the Amphoe office.
The Inventory, Archive & Wishes Programme is a deeper engagement. Over several sessions, we help a family compile a thorough records inventory, build a clear index, and put personal wishes in writing for safekeeping. The result is a well-organised file that the family controls entirely, with a clear note of which professionals and offices to consult for the steps that follow.
keepsaketasd is based at 150 Klang Mueang Road in Muang, Khon Kaen. Sessions are available at our office or, in some cases, at the family's home within the Muang district.
